Training Younger Women

Training Younger Women

While helping others has always been a passion of mine, today I was reminded that it is actually a Biblical command for the older to help the younger!  If those that are older & more wise do not impart knowledge of how to do things and live life the right way, how will the younger generations know what is right and what God has done in the past?

Judges 2:10 says, “And also all that generation were gathered unto their fathers: and there arose another generation after them, which knew not the Lord, nor yet the works which he had done in Israel.”

Why didn’t the younger generation know?  Because the older generations had failed.  There was a communication gap!  This may be where we have failed in America ourselves.  The older generations have a communication gap between them and those younger.  What can we do to fix this?

Fill their minds with the knowledge of who God really is.  Be specific, deliberate, intentional, strategic & disciplined about opening the Word of God and sharing it with those who are around you.  If you don’t have anyone you’re sharing with, find someone and start sharing now!

I leave you with a verse from Joshua chapter 23, verse 6, “”So be very careful to follow everything Moses wrote in the Book of Instruction. Do not deviate from it, turning either to the right or to the left.”
